RABBITFRIENDS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. 5.3. RABBITFRIENDS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE. 5.4. YOU USE THE SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. IN NO EVENT SHALL RABBITFRIENDS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF RABBITFRIENDS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RabbitFriends, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
